Tim Bennett is an attorney with Kaufman & Hilbert P.C. in Alpharetta, Georgia. He represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters including contract disputes, business and corporate litigation, general civil litigation, real estate disputes, and workers’ compensation matters on behalf of employers and insurance carriers. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants across these areas.
Tim has served as first-chair trial counsel in both jury and bench trials, offering clients experienced courtroom advocacy and strategic guidance throughout all stages of litigation.
Tim earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2020 and was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2021. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
In recognition of his professional achievements and his reputation amongst peers, Tim was selected as a Rising Star, an honor awarded to outstanding young attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional accomplishment.
Outside of his legal practice, Tim is an active member in his Catholic parish and a member of the Braselton Rotary Club. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
