Kevin Kucharz

Partner
Kevin is an accomplished trial and appellate attorney with over two decades of experience litigating high-stakes, complex disputes in state and federal courts. Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, Kevin provides corporate clients, business owners, and executives with sophisticated legal counsel backed by an extensive background in strategy-driven litigation and advanced trial tactics.
Kevin spent the first 15 years of his career defending major corporations at prominent international law firms in high-exposure complex litigation. During this time, Kevin developed extensive experience in preparing expert witnesses for trial and in cross-examination of opposing experts. Consequently, Kevin came to be recognized as an “expert expert.” Today, Kevin leverages this foundational “big-firm” experience to deliver powerful courtroom advocacy for businesses facing critical commercial conflicts.
In addition to his work at the trial court level, Kevin maintains an active appellate practice. Appeals are overwhelmingly won or lost on the quality of the written brief. Within the firm and across the broader legal community, Kevin is recognized as a premier legal writer who transforms dense factual records and complicated issues into compelling arguments.
